It is composed by modified epoxy resin and hardeners with below features:

Mixing ratio
Mixing ratio resin + hardener: 100 + 25
Gel time in bulk at 25°C : 50min-60min
Tacky free in thin layer at 25°C : 5-8h
Density : 1.02 kg/ liter 20°C
Hardness: 78-79 SHORE-D SCALE
time to cut at 25°C : 72hours
Applicable scope
It can be used for block vacuum system
Cautions
– Mix glue thoroughly by weight ratio. All the equipment should be clean with acetone
– Hardening speed will be slow if temperature under 10℃, heating curing suggested
– Do not misuse tools and clean all the tools and equipment with acetone.
– Keep the construction site ventilated and take necessary labor protection,
– Since stone material vary in physical and chemical properties, please test product before mass application.
Storage and transportation
– Store in cool, dry conditions in well-sealed receptacles with24r shelf time. -Expired product can be used when tested qualified
– Transport and store as non-dangerous goods
– Packing specification: 25kg/plastic drum or 200kg/ iron drum;
