KW 6538 Epoxy resin and hardener
It is composed by modified epoxy resin and hardeners with below features:

Shelf life 24 months at 18-25°C （stored in original tightly closed container, keep away from source of heat, rays sun, humidity and rain.）
Hardener
Viscosity 30-60Cps— 25℃

Mixing ratio
Mixing ratio resin + hardener: 100 + 25
Gel time in bulk at 25°C : 25min-35min
Gel time in bulk at 40°C : 10min-15min
Tacky free in thin layer at 40° C : 60-90 min
Tacky free in thin layer at 25°C : 120-180 min
Density : 1.08 kg/ liter 20°C
Hardness: 78-80 SHORE-D SCALE
time to polish at 25°C : 48hours
Applicable scope
It can be used for slab backside netting with fiber mesh/or slab surface with normal color marble & granite.
Cautions
– Mix glue thoroughly by weight ratio. All the equipment should be clean with acetone
– Hardening speed will be slow if temperature under 15℃, heating curing suggested
– Do not misuse tools and clean all the tools and equipment with acetone.
– Keep the construction site ventilated and take necessary labor protection,
– Since stone material vary in physical and chemical properties, please test product before mass application.
Storage and transportation
– Store in cool, dry conditions in well-sealed receptacles with24r shelf time. -Expired product can be used when tested qualified
– Transport and store as non-dangerous goods
– Packing specification: 25kg/plastic drum or 200kg/ iron drum;
